To provide the highest levels of service to customers.

Duties

• Show and promote the values of the Company by knowing the brand's articles (according to line and season) and applying the company's guidelines on Customer Service.

• Applying the stages of the sale as an instrument to achieve the final sale. Following the company's guidelines

• Customer service: Knowing the tastes and needs of customers and market trends to transmit them to the Direct Manager.

• Ordering and maintaining the product stock at the point of sale (warehouses, central orders, etc).

• Maintain the Visual Merchandising of the Point of Sale applying the company's standards.

• Follow up the flow of customers to capture potential sales.
