    Charity wardrobe

    Your clothes can change lives

From 16 to 31 January, LUZ Shopping is once again launching Armario Solidario (Solidarity Wardrobe), an initiative that brings together solidarity, sustainability and social commitment. It's an opportunity to give a second life to clothes you no longer wear and turn them into real help for those who need it most.

During these days, you can bring your garments in good condition to the Sala LUZ (next to Parfois) and, as well as contributing to a charitable cause, enter the draw to win one of three monthly gift cards for a year.

    Dates, times and location

From 16 to 31 January at Sala LUZ, next to Parfois.

    Collection times:

    • Monday to Friday, from 4:00pm to 9:00pm

    • Saturdays, from 11:00am to 9:00pm, without interruption

    What garments can you bring?

To ensure that donated clothing can be reused, it must be in perfect condition, clean and ready to be worn by someone else.

The following cannot be counted as a contribution:

    • Underwear, both adult and children's

    • Shoes

    • Damaged, stained or worn-out garments

Garments that do not meet these conditions cannot be validated for participation.

A minimum of five (5) items of clothing is required to participate.

    Register and take part

To participate, prior online registration is required. Don't wait any longer—register your participation by clicking HERE.

Users will only be allowed to register once. In-person participation is essential.

    The process is simple:

    1. First, register on the website by clicking HERE.

    2. Then, visit the Sala LUZ in person with your clothes.

    3. There, the Armario Solidario team will review the garments and, once validated, your entry into the draw will be confirmed.

Final confirmation of participation will be activated following the delivery and validation of the donation at the venue.

    Prize draw

Simply by taking part, you could win one of three fantastic prizes in LUZ Shopping gift cards:

    • First prize: €250 per month for one year (total €3,000)

    • Second prize: €150 per month for one year (total €1,800)

    • Third prize: €100 per month for one year (total €1,200)

    • An IKEA wardrobe.

All IKEA Family members will receive a €5 IKEA voucher for purchases over €50 at the IKEA Jerez store and a pancake voucher, with a total of 1,200 €5 vouchers and 1,200 pancake vouchers available, while stocks last.

A way of thanking you for your generous gesture throughout the year.

A small gesture, a big impact

Armario Solidario is an invitation to look at your wardrobe differently. To transform what you no longer use into opportunities, employment and wellbeing for many people.

Donating clothes isn't just about emptying your closets, it's about making an impact in our community and showing your support for associations such as Cáritas Diocesana de Jerez, which is collaborating once again this year in this charitable initiative.

Why is donating clothes so important?

Donating clothes goes far beyond a one-off gesture. Every garment counts and contributes to a more responsible model of consumption:

    • You extend the useful life of garments, reducing waste and supporting more sustainable consumption.

    • You help to curb textile overproduction, one of the sectors with the greatest environmental impact and consumption of natural resources.

    • You drive the creation of inclusive employment, generating job opportunities for people in vulnerable situations.

    • You support families with limited resources, giving them access to decent clothing in good condition.

Donate clothes. Help others. Get involved.

Register now by clicking HERE and be part of the change.
